Gotta Bust Some Health Myths
Gotta bust some health myths that I see floating around the internet.
Firstly, a “hormone balancing” gummy supplement is not going to fix your period problems.

If you think there is one magic pill out there that will heal your hormone troubles, you’ve set yourself up for failure I’m afraid.
Success in hormonal & reproductive health is more like 50% lifestyle 40% diet & maybe 10% target herbs or supplements.
Lifestyle factors are things like:
👉🏼How you sleep?
👉🏼How often you eat?
👉🏼Do you get enough sunlight?
👉🏼Do you poop regularly?
👉🏼How much are you exercising?
👉🏼How much caffeine & alcohol do you consume?
👉🏼Do you practice self-care & relaxation?
There is NO WAY you can out-supplement unhealthy lifestyle choices, & celery juice won’t do it either(🤦🏻♀️ ugh don’t get me started on the Medical Medium BS!).
🚫If you think a daily gummy is going to solve your PMS or period problems.
True healing is built up from a good foundation. How you live day in & day out is that foundation.
