3 Common Factors Causing Your PMS

“My period is painful, inconvenient, and my PMS symptoms disrupt my day- to- day life.” 👀

I think we need to address the elephant in the room… 🐘

Your cycle is more than just a menstrual cycle, and it doesn’t have to be an excruciating (or wildly emotional) experience.

The first step is to deeply connect, honor, + embrace your womb (& the power she holds…)

Your womb is a source of intuitive wisdom, femine energy, and transformation. We are taught as a society to STOP disconnecting & dissociating from our sacral self.

You need to embrace your cyclical nature so that you get to live in flow, harmony, and creativity. We are so quick to ignore and avoid our rhythms, our flow, and what our body desires.

When is the last time you sat and *listened* to what your body (& womb) was begging for?

Does she desire you to slow down, to respect your womb space, to increase the intentionality + care you are providing?

👉🏼 I highly recommend beginning a womb breathing practice. (check my highlights on Instagram 😉)

These 3 things alone will make your PMS symptoms worse… 🤯

Caffeine, alcohol, + processed foods 🥵

Did you know your PMS symptoms *aren’t* supposed to be normal?

Common, absolutely.

But you are automatically subjected to experiencing PMS symptoms, simply because you are a woman.

I uncovered a few unsettling facts that blew my mind:

  • 90% of women say they experience various PMS symptoms

  • 35% of women say their periods are so excuritiating, they schedule time off work or school to cope with the pain

  • 15% of women experiencing this pain are in their childbearing years

  • {& fun fact: almost half of American women crave chocolate at the beginning of their period.}

I am here to change the trajectory of hormones, menstruation, + feminine health as a whole within womanhood.

I am officially opening the doors to my signature course: PMS Codes.{which is SO much more than just learning about our PMS symptoms.}

We are getting to the root of our hormonal imbalance + truly listening to our bodies desires and needs.

We are letting go of the idea that your cycle is something to be suffered through and that painful cramps, hormonal acne, and wild mood swings are “normal”.

We get into hormones, sleep, seed cycling, lifestyle factors, dietary factors, and so much more.

If there is a piece of you desiring change in 2022- I invite you to take control of your femininity, your power, your health once and for all.
