ABOVE ALL ELSE, I CARE ABOUT…

I am passionate about empowering women with knowledge about their bodies (& how to deepen that connection) so that they can make educated & consensual choices.

Even when I look back on my childhood and upbringing, I can see that asking questions, being informed, doing my own research, & finding solutions that worked for me, was tops.

Maybe bc I’ve never really trusted authority, maybe because I know I know what’s best for me, maybe because I can be a hard-headed Aries ram - all of the above!

Today, I make sure my clients feel this from me by educating them on their biochemistry & intricately interrelated body systems, & also explaining the rationale behind the recommend that I give.

But more importantly, by putting any woman I engage with’s own intuition and bodily knowing above all else. I approach every woman as though she is the sovereign Queen of her own body…because you are.

I mean it.

I’ll ask you, before offering any solutions, to take a minute to drop in with yourself & really listen to what your body is asking for or needing to say though her symptoms.

Everything starts & ends with you and your re-awakening embodied knowing, as we also attempt to fill in the information gaps left from being woefully under education about women’s miraculous anatomy & physiology.
